home...

"Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God." Ephesians 3:17-19

This morning, on my run, I was simply praying that as you have made your home in the hospital the last few weeks there in Pittsburg, that you would be given an awareness of God's mercies and that you will be open to the possibility of Christ making his home more fully in your hearts as you trust in Him more each day. I am picturing the roots growing so deep into God's love during this time for you two and picturing how strong you are getting (even though you might feel really tired and weak.)  May you have a glimpse today of how wide, long, high and deep his love truly is.
