Because your story matters more than your stats

I saw this as a blog post title the other day:

"Because your story matters more than your stats

Isn't this good news? I was sharing with Jason tonight that even though my marathon was just about a week ago and that I am able to put all the intense training aside and take a break for a while that your race has really just begun.

And that's why these emails and blog posts are going to continue for a while to come alongside and to keep on cheering for you.  There are some marathons known for lots of spectators (like Boston and NYC and Nashville along Music Row) and some that are hard to follow and cheer due to the ruggedness of the course.  I just want you to know that even if there seems that there is no one cheering some days that there still are voices shouting "Go Abby! Go Jens!!!".  That's the purpose of these emails to keep pushing you forward, even if it just a little bit further each day.

This message today is just to remind you that in the midst of all of this that your story matters more than your stats, and oh what a beautiful story you have to tell....
