One of the things that I've been reminded of lately is the importance of good nutrition during some of these long weeks of training. It's easy to overdo it and think that I've earned the entire pan of brownies after some log runs, but I know that it's wiser for me to pay attention to what I'm giving my body to give it the best energy it needs.
As I thought about this, I thought about the metaphoric daily vitamins that you all need these days too. I don't know exactly what those look like for you as we all are wired a bit differently in terms of our needs, but I am praying that you will have the wisdom to choose wisely in a day how you will spend your time.
Teach us to make the most of our time that we may grow in wisdom... Psalm 90:12
May you taste and see that the Lord is good today and find your nourishment in His love and grace that is surrounding you.
